​Snow Dance Stop-motion Animations

This series of five stop motion animations comes from the Dance of the Snowflakes in Mark Morris’s production of the Hard Nut. During the piece, snowflakes are repeatedly released into the air by the dancers, creating bursts of falling snow. These videos are inspired by that play of dance and snow, horizontal movement and vertical particles.
